Nutella Bread Pudding - BP Prep
This recipe is extremely easy… nothing hard to it and is it really the worst thing in the world to get nutella on your hands? No.
Ingredients:
Oven
Challah bread, sliced
1 jar Nutella (use as much as you like)
4 eggs
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups milk
Our simple steps:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
While your oven is heating, make Nutella sandwiches with the challah. Grease an 8-by-8 pan with oil or cooking spray. Tear up the sandwiches into 1/2 inch cubes and place in the pan.
In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and milk. Whisk until smooth.
Pour egg/milk (i.e. pudding) mixture over the torn bread in the pan. Push down gently on the bread so that every piece is soaked. Let sit for 10-15 minutes for absorption.
Place pan in oven and let bake for 35-40 minutes until pudding is set in the middle.
Take out of oven and enjoy (you can even spread more Nutella on the top if you want, because you can never get enough).
